Canadian/Croatian racing driver Marco Kacic is on the brink of becoming Canada’s next big motorsports star. Marco was born in Kelowna, BC, Canada and is very proud of his Croatian heritage. Marco’s grandparents, Andy and Maria Kacic, are both from Zagreb, Croatia. Marco has been racing go-karts all over North America since he was five years old and made the step up to formula cars last year at age 14. Marco just turned 15 this past February and is starting his rookie season in professional formula car competition. Marco’s management team has some ambitious plans for Marco over the next three years. The Croatian/Canadian racing fans will have a proud Croatian driver to root for. Marco’s ultimate goal is to get to Formula 1 and his aspirations are not far-fetched. Marco has already impressed his team and sponsors with his speed, race craft and car control on the track, and with his maturity and dedication off the track. Next week Marco will be racing at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal for the F1 GP weekend in front of the Formula 1 fans and teams. Follow Marco on social media to get the details on his results.
